State Health provides seven plan choices and three providers. Employees may choose a Bronze, Silver, or Gold HRA plan, one of three HMOs, or a High Deductible Health Plan. All of these plans cover preventative care at 100%.
Anthem and United Healthcare members are rewarded with wellness credits for each employee and covered spouse who participates in the Wellness Program. The wellness credits can be used to pay for health care costs and also can be redeemed for a gift card. Kaiser will administer wellness credits directly and the employee will contact Kaiser for additional support.
State Health also provides telemedicine visits. This allows you to speak with a doctor through video call anywhere at any time.
