The Walton County School District provides a comprehensive and affordable benefits package for all eligible employees and their family members. Our employees are our greatest resource and we strive to provide a competitive benefits package that offers choice and value. Most benefits are offered through a Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plan (pre-tax).

An open enrollment period is held each year which gives benefit-eligible employees an opportunity to reconsider their benefit choices and make changes, if appropriate, for themselves and their families.
