2021-2022 Student Council Applications

The MAHS Student Council is seeking students in grades 9-12 that have a desire to increase student participation and unity through leadership for the 2021-2022 school year. This is an awesome opportunity to get involved and help make MAHS a great place to be! Please see the Student Council Information Letter for more information about available positions and the application process. Rising 9th grade students (currently in 8th grade) will be able to apply at the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year. On-Site Physicals for 2021-2022 Athletes

On-site physicals for 2021-2022 Athletes will be offered in the MAHS Gym on Wednesday, April 21 after school. The cost is $10 Please fill out an updated physical evaluation form. This must be completed in pen. Parent/guardian and student must sign on page 2. Find the forms here:

CDC Guidelines will be followed:
