Public Relations

The Walton County School District's Office of Public Relations is responsible for a wide variety of activities designed to inform the community about its public schools. In addition, the office provides public relations, marketing and community relations support to individual schools and departments. 
We strive to develop positive relationships with our employees, students, parents, local businesses, elected officials and media representatives; provide our customers with accurate, timely and transparent information through a variety of communication tools; increase community awareness; promote our students and employees’ successes; and to build support and trust for public education.
The Walton County School District values open, honest communication with all stakeholders, and believes in positive working relationships with students, parents, employees, community members, business leaders and representatives of the news media.
