Daily Schedules

Similar to in-person instruction, teachers will communicate more information about their daily schedules, academic expectations and grading during the first week of school. Students can access and complete assignments at their own pace, but live teacher support will only be available during the class time listed on a student's schedule. Students are more likely to thrive with a predictable and consistent schedule.

Meals for Digital Learning Students

  • Weekly meal service will include breakfast & lunch for school days only.
  • Weekly meal options will be published online
  • Sign-ups are Monday-Thursday for the following Tuesday pick up.
  • Meal pickup will occur between 9-10 a.m. on Tuesdays.
  • Pickup locations will be specific to each school campus. Families will be notified of the school's pickup location.
  • Normally meal pickups will be at the student's home school location, but School Nutrition will make every effort to have one meal pickup site for families with children at multiple schools. These requests will be coordinated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Students do not have to be with the driver to pick up meals, but schools will have to match meals with student numbers to record meals picked up correctly.
  • Under the new USDA program, all meals will be free until Dec. 31 or funding is exhausted.
  • Click here for more information on free or reduced price meal eligibility.

School Supplies

For the first day of school students will need a device and reliable internet access. Paper and writing utensils are suggested. Individual teachers will make recommendations on additional supplies needed once school starts. The supplies needed for digital/distance learning will be minimal. If you are in need of a device, please contact the school your child would attend in person.
