Q: What is Infinite Campus?
A: Infinite Campus is a district-wide student information system designed to manage attendance, grades, and test scores. Parents utilize one login to see information on one or multiple children.
 
Q: What is the Infinite Campus Parent Portal?
A: The Parent Portal is a confidential and secure website where you can get current information about your child's school attendance and grades online. You can access it here.
 
Q: Who can access the Parent Portal?
A: All parents can access the portal. Elementary school parents have access to attendance and grades while middle and high school parents have access to schedules and grades as well as attendance. Contact your child's school for more information or submit your questions using our online form.
 
Q: What kind of software or computer is needed to use the Parent Portal?
A: Any device that can connect to the internet should have access to the portal.  Most phones also have an app available.
 
Q: How do I create a user account so I can use the Parent Portal?
A: Your child's school will provide you with a Parent Portal ID (GUID). By using this ID you can set up your own account in Parent Portal. Note: the GUID is a software licensing key - it is very long, but you only use it once.
 
Q: I have more than one child in WCSD Schools. Do I need to set up an account for each student?
A: No. Once you set up one account you will be able to see information on all of your children. If this is not the case, please submit a helpdesk request.
 
Q: What do I do if I have problems using Parent Portal?
A: Please call your child's school for any questions regarding the Parent Portal. You can also submit questions using our online form.
