Parents we will be giving the Georgia Student Health Survey 2.0 to all 3rd, 4th and 5th graders the week of Nov. 12-16.  The Georgia Student Health Survey 2.0 is an anonymous, statewide survey instrument that identifies school climate issues that impact student achievement. In order to provide a safe and supportive learning environment for your child, the Georgia Department of Education collects survey information from students during the school year. The survey for elementary schools includes 15 school climate questions and should take no more than 10-15 minutes for students to complete. All student survey data is anonymous and self-reported. If you would like to review a copy of the survey or wish to opt your child out of taking the survey, please see the front office by this Friday Nov. 9.
