Senior Refund Request Process

Attention Seniors and/or Parents of graduating seniors:

Please check to see if your graduating senior has money left in his/her lunch account before the end of the school year. Money left in accounts can be:
1. Refunded to you
2. Transferred to a sibling or another specific student’s account in Walton County
3. Donated to a student in need. (We cannot tell you who.)

You may mail the scan/email the refund form or print and send to our school’s cafeteria manager, Ms. Rogers, at [email protected].

Be aware that any money left in senior accounts may be turned over to the state as unclaimed property if not refunded/transferred within a certain time frame. Any amount under $5.00 will be transferred to a needy student unless we receive notice otherwise. If you are using mypaymentsplus.com, please remember to disable recurring payments. Until you stop automatic payments, the payments will continue. We cannot stop payments you initially started.
