Once you have clicked on the login link under "Quick Links," you will be directed to the login screen. The login screen is where you will supply your Walton County username and password.
If you have problems logging into ESS with your Walton County username and password, please

and follow the directions to change your Walton County password.
If you still have problems with logging into ESS, please email
[email protected] from a personal email account and provide:
- Employee ID#
- Last 4 of SSN
- Date of Birth
A representative of the Walton County School District's Information and Technology Services Department will reply back to your email with a new password to allow login to the network and ESS.
Please note than upon leaving employment with WCSD and receiving your last paycheck, you will have approximately two weeks to access ESS to print any information you might need. Former employees will need to email [email protected] to get help.
