The Walton County School District has increased its mean SAT composite score by 22 points, receiving a mean score of 1046 for the 2018 testing period. In addition to an improved overall mean score, the district saw an increase in student participation during last year’s testing period.
“We are proud to see an improvement in our mean scores across the board while also seeing an increase in participation for 2018,” said Director of Secondary Curriculum Celeste Cannon. "As a district, we encourage all students to take the college admissions tests that best serve their needs. We are dedicated to helping prepare our students for these rigorous exams by offering local prep classes."
