Registration for NEW students is processed through an easy-to-use, secure online registration system that will allow you to complete many of the forms required for registering your child. Additional documentation (listed below) will need to be delivered to the school or uploaded during the online registration process. The following items are needed for registration:
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Shot Record on Department of Human Resources Form 3231
- Certificate of Ear, Eye and Dental Examinations - Department of Human Resources Form 3300
- Proof of Residency
- Social Security Number
*Note: Current 5th grade BCES, LES and SES students do not need to register. Enrollment is automatically transferred to LMS.
