As Walnut Grove Elementary School PTO officers, we hope to do our part to make this a great year at Walnut Grove Elementary, as well as to continue to foster involvement and support from our Walnut Grove families.

PTO Programs

Our primary objective as a PTO is to provide our school with funds, programs, resources, and services that will enrich and maximize the education and well-being of every WGES student while benefiting the school. To meet this important objective, we fundraise. Here are a few programs that we sponsor and/or support: Student of the Month, Family Movie Nights, Teacher Appreciation Events and more. In addition to these regular items, each year we sponsor a large project of the principal's choice.

PTO Fundraising 

In order to fund our programs/projects, we run a number of fun events each year, which include Bingo Nights, Lobby Sales, Family Dance, Penny Wars, Santa Shop, Nerf War, Birthday Marquee celebration and The Talent Show. In addition, we take part in Publix Partners, Kroger Community Rewards, and run regular Spirit Nights with local vendors. Please check the attached calendar and plan to volunteer and/or attend.

A Family sponsorship for the WGES PTO is only $12. By joining, you help to fund these programs. We thank you in advance for your support!
