New Student Enrollment

Registration for NEW students is processed through an easy-to-use, secure online registration system that will allow you to complete many of the forms required for registering your child. Additional documentation (listed below) will need to be delivered to the school or uploaded during the online registration process. Please contact the registrar with any questions regarding online registration. Click here to access online registration. 

The following items are needed for registration:
  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Shot Record on Department of Human Resources Form 3231
  • Certificate of Ear, Eye and Dental Examinations - Department of Human Resources Form 3300
  • Proof of Residency
  • Social Security Number 
*Note: Current 8th grade Loganville Middle School students do not need to register. Enrollment is automatically transferred to LHS.

Transcript Request

 
Current Students – Unofficial Transcripts
 
Unofficial Transcripts: Students and parents now have the ability to view and print UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS from Infinite Campus/Parent Portal accounts. Once you are logged in to your account, click on Reports, then click on Transcript by Term with Current Schedule. 
 
Unofficial transcripts are typically used for insurance, scholarships, athletics, etc. 
 
Current and Former Students – Official Transcripts / Records
Official Transcripts are used for college admissions and may be requested one of two ways:
      1. Students may log into their individual GA Futures account to request an official transcript be sent electronically to any public (and some private) colleges in Georgia. This is a FREE service. 
      2. Walton County Public Schools has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts and alumni records electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges/universities and employers of your choice. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.  Students and alumni simply request a transcript/record and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual for which they would like to receive. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript. The fee for each electronic transcript is $5.00 and $7.50 for each hard copy/paper request to be mailed.
 
3rd party “Enrollment or Graduation Verification Requests” are made via Parchment also by selecting the Order Records button below. The cost for enrollment or graduation verification requests is $12.00.
