Carver Middle School understands the importance of our service men and women and want to not only take the time to honor them, but also to recognize the contributions of Carver alumni who have gone on to serve in the armed forces. In a tribute to our alumni who have served we want to create a “Wall of Honor” that lists the name and branch of all alumni who have gone on to join the armed forces throughout the history of Carver High School and Carver Middle School. This wall will not only give us the opportunity to pay honor to those whom honor is due, but it will also provide a visual representation of the legacy that has been left for our current and future students.
Our wall will be an 8 foot by 10 foot piece that has room to house 180 name plates stating the name and branch of service for all Carver Alumni who have gone on to serve in the armed forces.
In an effort to make this wall a reality we are looking for community sponsorship. Please consider making a donation and becoming an official sponsor of Carver Middle School’s “Wall of Honor.”
