Health and Physical Education
The main goal of the CMS Physical Education Department will be to help your child identify the lifelong benefits of having regular physical activity in their daily lives. The program will promote the value of a healthy body through daily calisthenics, aerobic activities and team sports. It is expected that students will increase their self-confidence and physical fitness by actively participating in all activities.
