Physical education stresses not only the physical aspects of a child's lifestyle but also the cognitive and social aspects as well. We strive to teach the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and sportsmanship through various team and lifelong fitness activities. Lastly, the students are encouraged to participate in additional physical activities to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
