Pre-K
WCSD offers two prekindergarten classes in seven elementary schools and three classes at Loganville Elementary and Atha Road Elementary Schools. Each class seats 20 students. The pre-kindergarten program is dependent upon funding received from Bright from the Start and uses Benchmark Education Company for teaching materials.
WCSD uses a "lottery" style drawing system to fill seats each year. The remaining children are drawn in the same way and placed on a waiting list. Registration for the 2024-25 school year lottery has ended. At this time, waiting lists for the current school year and next year are open.
