Biographical Information:
Ms. Raby graduated from Pickens County High School in Jasper, GA. She received her B.S. and Master's Degree in Social Science Education from the University of Georgia. She received her Specialist Degree from Piedmont College. Ms. Raby is the LHS Academic Bowl sponsor. She volunteers with Georgia Aquarium and St. George Island Volunteer Turtlers.
