Congratulations to the winners of the 2019-20 MAHS Teacher of the Year and Support Person of the Year!
Coach Ron Coleman will represent Monroe Area High School as the 2019-20 Teacher of the Year. Coach Coleman has had a long career in education and has also served our students as a coach for various sports. Coach Coleman exemplifies what an educator is and his care and concern for our students has made a major impact in their lives.
Ms. Ivy Corder will represent Monroe Area High School as the 2019-20 Support Person of the Year. Ms. Corder has spent her time with students in need through Student Success Alliance (formally Community In Schools). Her service to our students has allowed many to improve their quality of life. In addition to serving our students, Ms. Corder has been a valuable member of the PBIS team and has contributed greatly to the A+ branding of our school.
