On Friday, November 8th, Carver Middle School will present their Annual Veteran’s Day Program.

Our program will be at 8:00 AM on Friday, November 8th in the Carver Middle School Gymnasium.

This year’s program is not only a recognition of all Veteran’s, but will also serve as a reunion for former students of Carver High School, Carver Junior High and Carver Middle School that have gone on to serve in the Armed Forces of the United States of America. Last year a vision that a former teacher has finally come to reality with the start of a “Wall of Honor”. This Wall honors the brave men and women, who are Carver Alumni, for their service in our nation's military.

We would like to invite you and your family to enjoy our Veteran’s day program with us. If you or a relative (or family friend) is a veteran or is presently serving in on the branches of the military and can come to the program, we would also like to recognize those individuals  in a special way as well. Please complete this form on the back and send it back in no later than Friday, October 25th. This will allow us enough time to prepare for our program.

If you have pictures that you do not mind being displayed, please send them to Mrs. Kelly Alford in a sealed marked envelope with your child’s name, teacher and veteran’s name and rank clearly marked. Please use the form on the back to submit your information. All photographs will be returned. Thank you for your help with this worthwhile matter, and we hope to see everyone in November for our Program.
