Chromebook Repair Opportunities
If you are having technical problems with your school-issued chromebook, please email our media specialist at [email protected] to see if a solution can be reached with online troubleshooting. 

For issues that cannot be solved remotely (broken screens, etc.), Walton County School District will provide three additional days when Chromebooks can be dropped off for repairs.

Broken devices can be dropped off on Monday, March 30, April 13, and April 20 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Walton County Annex (1820 State Hwy 11). There will be no repair times during the week of Spring Break (April 6-10). We will make all possible repairs during this time and call you back to pick up the repaired Chromebook. If we can't repair the Chromebook during this time, we will call you back and provide a spare. This is a drop-off and pick-up service only. Your school will be notified of any charges that you will incur for the repair.  

We ask that you please do not come if you've experienced any symptoms of sickness. 

Schoolwork can be accessed on any device through the Google Chrome browser. Students should log in to the Clever Portal via https://clever.com/in/wcsdportal/. You can also access this link on the Walton County and Monroe Area High School webpages. If you have any problems with your user name or password please contact me for assistance.
