bag with student’s personal items from their classroom, ordered yearbook, art
work, & report card
Procedures:
= a student’s parent
or guardian must come to return items & pick-up their student’s
items
= vehicles must
drive into the car rider lane by way of Cannon Farm Road and form a single lane
= the driver of the
vehicle should be next to the building at all times
= at the car rider
door, a staff member will come to the vehicle to collect Chromebook(s), library
book(s), and textbook(s)
= no one should get
out their vehicle
= the vehicle will
then drive around the building to the main entrance
= student’s paper
bags will be brought to the vehicle after checking off that all Chromebook(s),
library book(s), & textbook(s) have been returned
= vehicles should
exit by the main driveway to Hwy 81
