Dear Sharon Elementary School Community,
It is an honor to introduce myself as the new principal at Sharon Elementary School and join this wonderful community. I hope this email finds you and your children enjoying the days of summer. I look forward to the school year and making it a safe and positive experience for all.
I come to Sharon as an experienced educator. I taught special education in a variety of settings in Gwinnett, Bibb, and Walton County. In 2012, I became a special education instructional specialist at Loganville Middle School and then in 2015 an assistant principal at Youth Middle School. The 20-21 school year will mark 17 years in education for me.
This year will bring its challenges during this unprecedented time. I welcome your conversation and positive input throughout this year. I will stay in communication consistently and each month send a newsletter called the Jaguar Journal. In closing, please know that my door is always open. Let us always keep our students the primary focus.
