MAHS and CMS students have two opportunities to complete sports physicals for next year. Parents must have signed the GHSA physical form before students can have a physical (

Wednesday, April 19 students can pay $15 for an onsite physical at MAHS starting at 2:35 on the silver hall.
Piedmont Walton and Piedmont QuickCare are partnering to provide FREE High School Sports Physicals for Monroe Area High School students on Saturday, April 22, 2023. Physicals will be held at Piedmont Walton Hospital’s Physicians Building 1 (2151B West Spring Street, Suite 100 Monroe, GA 30655) from 8 am to 12:30 pm (Appointment Required-- sign up for an assigned time slot using this
LINK). Students must provide their own transportation to Piedmont Walton.
The GHSA form
must be filled out BEFORE the student athlete’s appointment time to ensure appointment times are kept for the day of the event.
