Top Workplaces 2023
The Walton County School District has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, an accolade based solely on employee feedback.

“It is truly an honor to be recognized by our team as a Top Workplace,” said Superintendent Nathan Franklin. “I am proud to work alongside our staff members each and every day serving the students and families of Walton County. This award is a testament to the positive environments we strive to build where both students and staff feel supported, valued and respected.”

Only 175 companies made this year’s list which included Fortune 500 giants, startups and nonprofits. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Rankings and awards will be released at a celebration event on August 10, 2023. More information on the Top Workplaces honor and a complete list of this year’s winners can be found here.
