Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) provides students an opportunity to participate in community service, teaches leadership and teamwork skills, sponsors field trips, sponsors guest speakers, and introduces students to a variety of careers. The membership will be limited to 30 students. We would love to have you in the club. Please click on this link to see a slide presentation showing some of the fun things that we will be doing.     

Meetings:  Mrs. Jones’ room (1128) once a month 2:30-3:45 (most meetings will be the last Tuesday of the month)

Types of Activities:  Team Building, Trust Building, Scavenger Hunt, Career Research/Development, Create Cards, Create Tagxedoes, Popcorn and a Movie, Fall Leadership Conference in Athens

Community Service:  Bears and Blankets of Walton County,“Spoil” the Teachers/Staff, Cards and Treats for Officers and Firemen, etc.

Dues: $20 through mypaymentsplus which covers the National, State, and Local membership fees . (The portion for the Local fee is partially used for our Community Service projects for the YMS staff.) FBLA will provide you with a t-shirt. Once the dues are paid, please email Mrs. Jones your t-shirt size.
