Schoology - Reset Password

We have changed parent accounts in Schoology for the 2022-2023 school year. Usernames and emails from Infinite Campus now sync with Schoology. This creates a parent/guardian account automatically in Schoology and also syncs student and school information to the Schoology account without the need for long access codes. This does require that you reset your password to gain access. To do this, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to and click on "Forgot your password."

2. Type in the email address you used in Infinite Campus and click on "Send My Login Info." (Note: if you don't remember which email you used for Infinite Campus, please CLICK HERE and let us know.)

3. An email will be sent to your email address like the one below - click on the link.
4. You will be taken to a page where you can log in to set your password. Click "Log in."

5. On this page, type in your new password twice then click "Submit." (Note: You may get a message that the password is weak and get suggestions to improve the password, but you should be able to use any password.)

6. Once you click "Submit" you should see a message at the top of the screen that your password has been changed.
If you have any issues, please let us know. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but are hopeful it will be more beneficial in the long run. This process will not happen every year - just this year as we make the change and then for any new accounts in the future.
