Registration for the 2024-25 Pre-K Lottery will begin at 8 a.m. on Feb. 1 and end at 3 p.m. on Feb. 29. *Eligible students must turn four years old on or before Sept. 1, 2024. All registrations will be grouped by attendance zone, and students will be selected through an electronic lottery/draw system until all prekindergarten slots in each attendance zone are filled. Students drawn after all slots are filled will be placed on a waiting list in the order drawn. The drawing will take place immediately following the close of registration on Feb. 29, and all families will receive notification of their status via email. *Beginning with the 2024-25 school year, children who turn five years old on or before Sept. 1, 2024 will not be eligible for the WCSD Pre-K Program. If your child will be five on or before Sept. 1, please contact your local school for more information on kindergarten registration.
