The Monroe Elementary Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers program is proud to serve students and their families from 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Online and printable student registration forms are in the right column. We can also send a printable copy home upon request.  We will notify you in writing when your registration form has been received. You will written notification of your child's status in the program. Students will be enrolled as a full-time participant, or they will be placed on a waiting list if space is not available. Please remember that students are expected to attend Monday through Thursday. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Our goals are:  To increase learning through academic enrichment activities, engage students by offering various cultural, recreational, art activities not normally offered during the regular school day, and to offer family support by encouraging families to participate in their child's learning and offer parent events throughout the school year.

We partner with community partners and volunteers, who are a  vital part of our program.

A nutritional snack and free bus transportation are offered.  There are transportation restrictions, please contact Evelyn Culver, Site Coordinator for more information.
