What are your plans after graduation?
I plan to attend the Georgia Institute of Technology to pursue a biomedical engineering degree. After obtaining my four-year degree, I hope further my education at Emory University.

Which teacher has made the most significant impact on your life and how?

Mr. Alligood has been my most impactful teacher. After having him as a teacher during my sophomore year, I learned to love his ways of teaching and appreciate his love for his craft. Since then, I’ve known that I could go to him for and about anything.

What is the best advice you could give to underclassmen?

However hard it seems, this is all to get you ready for the world that you may have to face alone one day. Keep your circle of friends small and make sure you love yourself first. Just keep going, take it one day at a time.

What do you want people to know about the school district? #whywalton

I believe that good things come to those who work for it and dreams can be achieved through discipline and drive. I plan to use my skills and upbringing to better myself and the world. I feel like I have truly been rewarded for all of my academic and extraordinary accomplishments. I thank Walton County for operating on the principles of respect first and foremost.
