FBLA Fall Leadership Conference
 
Thursday, November 16th, Monroe Area FBLA officers and leaders attended the Georgia FBLA Fall Leadership Conference at the Classic Center in Athens, GA.  The members and officers participated in various leadership training tracks for sessions, workshops, and social activities to increase their leadership skills to become better leaders and officers.  Students had the opportunity to communicate and learn from other officers and leaders around the state as well as have the opportunity to win various scholarship baskets donated by local FBLA chapters. MAHS members attended leadership tracks in business management, communication, leading ladies, new members, and community service.  Attending the conference included: Garren Walker, chapter president; Tenaya Starks, senior vice president; Kearis Hill, junior vice president; Tyler Ashley, treasurer; Asia Evans, secretary; Demiah Heard, and Emely Ventura.  Advisers Tricia Brown and AVa Brooks also attended.
