9th-11th Grade Student Chromebooks will be collected after students complete final exams.

-Students not taking exams (PSO, HHB, WBL, etc.) can return device anytime before May 25

Devices not returned to the Media Center will be disabled. Students will be referred to administration for discipline and legal action.

For collection:
-Any repairs must be made before collection day. If your Chromebook is not working, please bring it to the Media Center immediately.
-Charge your Chromebook to 100% overnight. Chromebooks must turn on so we can check for damage.
-Chromebooks that are not fully charged may stop working over the summer. Students will be responsible for battery replacement (see fee chart for pricing information).
-Remove personal stickers and clean any marks off of Chromebook case, keyboard, and screen.
-Seniors must return their charger or pay for a replacement.
-Underclassmen will not have to turn in their Chromebook chargers. They will need to make sure they store their chargers in a safe place over the summer, so they will have them to charge their Chromebooks next school year. Students not returning to MAHS should turn in their charger.
-Students cannot purchase Chromebooks.
-Underclassmen will receive the same Chromebook next school year.

If students owe any Chromebook related fees, they can pay cash in the Media Center or online at www.mypaymentsplus.com.  If paying online, please print the receipt and return it with your device.

Chromebook repair or replacement fees must be paid before the 2018-2019 school year. If students withdraw over the summer fee payment and charger must be brought to the Front Office.

Students will not receive a device next year until all fees are cleared.

If you owe money for repair or replacement:
-All students will need to pay for lost or stolen Chromebooks on or before Friday, May 25.
-Please check your email to see if you have any existing fees.
-New fees may be assessed upon device inspection.
