When students purchase their tickets via MyPaymentsPlus, they will need to select their entree from the menu choices. If purchasing a ticket for their date, a menu selection is also required for their date at that time. Students will be able to select a table to be seated at closer to the event. We will email students with instructions for making their selection.

We have a strict timeline for ticket sales in order to prepare for the event. All tickets must be purchased prior to April 7th as the venue requires final numbers by this date. Unfortunately tickets cannot be sold after this date. Due to this deadline set by the venue, there can be no exceptions.

It is important to be aware that as the 2018 Prom format will include a seated dinner and as a result, all students must arrive at the facility between 6pm and 7pm. Dinner will be served promptly at 7:15 pm. No student can be admitted to the Dining Hall during dinner service. Students arriving after this time will run the risk of not receiving their meal, so we highly recommend that students make arrangements to enter the park as early as possible.

Students who wish to bring a date that does not attend WGHS must have the date form filled out and returned to Mrs. Wade by Friday, April 13th. This form was emailed to you and there is an attachment to this post.

This format is indeed different from our Prom formats of the past, however our prom committee is excited to provide a different experience for our Juniors and Seniors that will be a memorable one.
