When you write a check to the Walton County School Nutrition Program, you are consenting to have your check electronically deposited. Checks which returned due to insufficient funds are sent to Envision for collection, telephone number (1-877) 290-5460 or (770) 709-3100. Please do not call the school regarding NSF checks. Envision will contact you.
Elementary: Students will be allowed to charge school meals up to $9.00. Negative meal account notification letters are sent home at a minimum of once per week.
Middle: Students will be allowed to charge school meals up to $4.00.
High: Students will be allowed to charge up to $3.00. Our hopes are that this gives our high school students a second chance to ask for lunch money; however, if the charge allowance is abused, we may choose to return to no charges allowed at the high school.
You may go to www.mypaymentsplus.com to check your child's meal balance and view your child's meal history. If a student does not have money and has exceeded their charge limit, an alternative meal for lunch consisting only of a sandwich and milk will be offered to the student. If the student continues to come to the cafeteria without money, and the account continues to be delinquent, the case will be considered for release to the Department of Family and Children's Services for neglect. Students who have unpaid meal charges will not be allowed to purchase any extra sale food items until the charges have been satisfied.
Students are not allowed to charge A La Carte items.
Adults are not allowed to charge.
