Budget & Finance - Payroll
The Payroll Department is a service unit within Budget and Finance with the responsibility of processing and issuing timely salary payments through direct deposit, benefit deductions and leave accruals for all Walton County School District employees. In addition, we are responsible for reporting to Federal and State agencies. This department also serves the employees by providing answers to payroll related questions or counseling regarding individual payroll issues.

The Walton County Board of Education payroll schedule is based on 24 semi-monthly payments, to be paid on the 15th and the last day of each month.
