Web 2.0 is a term that describes the second generation of the web. Web 2.0 tools allows people to interact with the web, write and save online. Software does not have to be downloaded and you can access them anytime, anywhere. Web 2.0 tools come and go depending on teacher and student needs. There are more new online tools every day.

  • Storybird - Visual storytelling for everyone. A platform for writers, readers and artists of all ages.
  • Seesaw - Allows students to easily create digital portfolios that can be shared with teachers and parents. It’s free for teachers and students, and has a free and paid version for parents.
