Setting up IC Parent Portal Account

All parents are encouraged to create a Parent Portal account that allows you to see all of your student’s grades, schedules, etc. In addition to tracking your student's progress, WCSD also uses these accounts for parents to sign off on annual updates and back-to-school information. Parents should not use their student’s portal account as it is also connected to their school work, etc.

To set up an account, please do the following:

  1. Contact your child’s school to get a GUID number. This is a very long ID but will only be used once. This number cannot be provided over the phone - you will need to present a valid ID at your child’s school.

  2. Click HERE to go to the page where you activate your account. It will look like the screen below.

  3. Enter the Activation Key assigned to you. Once the Activation Key has been used to create an account, it cannot be used again.

  4. Once you enter the Activation Key, you will be prompted to create a username and password.

    1. The username can be created using either letters, numbers, or both. Usernames are not case-sensitive, meaning it does not matter if you capitalize letters.

    2. Passwords are case-sensitive. The password must have three of the four items below:
          i. A lowercase letter
         ii. An uppercase letter
        iii. A number
        iv. A symbol

Issues with your account

There may be times when you have an issue with your account - see a list below for some examples:

  1. Forgot your password

  2. One or more of your children is not listed when you log in

  3. You can’t see the grades of your student.

If you have one of these issues or any others, please Click HERE to have these issues resolved.
