This chain of command is to take care of any requirement that arises, or an immediate decision needs to be made and the person at the top of the list is not available or cannot be reached, the person next on the list is empowered to make decisions for the school. Obviously, routine actions or decisions should not be compromised by this and multiple people on this list may be placed in leadership roles that may constitute appropriate decisions simultaneously contingent upon the needs assessment.
